Kary brings a strong operational and analytical approach to serving the firm’s retail and lending clients.

Barry Stafford

Barry Stafford is a Founder, Principal, and Partner of Consolidated Affiliates, which he established in 1992. With a background in retail real estate brokerage and consulting, Barry has guided the firm’s expansion into portfolio valuation, asset management, and national advisory services. He also oversees a nationwide affiliate network supporting clients across all major markets.

Matthew Kaufman

Matthew Kaufman is a Principal and Partner of Consolidated Affiliates and leads the firm’s financial analysis, valuation, and GIS modeling efforts. He has completed thousands of retail real estate valuations and plays a key role in due diligence, demographic analysis, and portfolio strategy. Matthew also oversees the firm’s technology and data platforms.

William Wilson

Billy is an Associate at Consolidated Affiliates with a background in commercial real estate analysis and underwriting. He supports loan and collateral evaluations through financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment for retail properties. Billy brings a disciplined, operations-focused perspective shaped by extensive leadership experience.
